It was a fantastic evening of reconnecting with colleagues, building new relationships, and celebrating the collaborative spirit that sets BC’s biotech ecosystem apart. Cheers to a strong start to summerand to the vibrant community driving innovation forward! We’d also like to celebrate Zymeworks’ incredible milestone - the NMPA approval of zanidatamab in China for HER2-positive biliary tract cancer. A huge achievement and a powerful reminder of the global impact BC biotech continues to make.

With strong roots in UBC’s Venture Founder program and HATCH Venture Builder, these ventures are translating research into scalable, fundable innovation.
