Deliverables:

Required Materials

1. Cells

At least 2×10⁶ cells per cell line, with passage number. Can be sent as frozen vials or live cells.

2. Media

Provide all necessary components for complete medium separately, along with clear instructions for reconstitution.

3. Flasks

If cells require specific cultureware, please include ≥5 coated 6-well plates and 10 T25 flasks.

4. Cell Morphology

Submit a cell image showing morphology prior to shipment. ABS will verify morphology upon receipt.

5. Knockout Validation

Standard methods include genomic cleavage detection assay and Sanger sequencing. If alternatives are preferred, please specify before placing the order.
