Stable Cell Line Model Generation Service

Generating stable cell line models involve several challenges, such as low transfection efficiency, long development times, labor-intensive processes and genetic variability.  These issues can complicate the process and affect the consistency and reliability of the resulting cell lines.

We offer state-of-the-art services for establishing stable cell line models for inducible and tunable transgene expression, gene knockout, gene knockin, gene up or down regulation  or other genome editing that meet your specific research needs.  At TME, we have a streamlined workflow for generating a cell line expressing your gene of interest with a fast turnaround time.

Types of stable cell line services offered

1. Inducible stable cell line models

2. CRISPR stable Knockout and Knockin cell line  models

3. CRISPRa/i cell line model

Required Materials

1. Cells

At least 2×10⁶ cells per cell line along with the passage number. Cells can be sent as either frozen vials or live cells.

2. Media

Submit all necessary components for making complete medium separately, along with clear instructions for preparation.

3. Flasks

If cells require specially treated dishes, please provide ≥5x coated 6-well plates and 10x T25 flasks.

4. Cell Morphology

Please include a picture of the cells showing morphology prior to shipment. TME will verify morphology upon receipt.

5. Transgene Expression Analysis

RT-PCR will be used to analyze transgene expression. Specify in advance if a different method is preferred.
